SWEET AND SOUR PRAWNS

SWEET AND SOUR PRAWNS  
INGREDIENTS:-
  • Medium size prawns paste = 1 cup
  • Tasting salt = 1/2 tea spoon
  • Pepper = 1/2 tea spoon
  • Soy sauce = 1 table spoon
  • corn flour and flour =  2 table spoon
  • Egg = 2 Pisces
  • Tomato sauce = 1/2 cup
  • Onion slice = 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli = 5/6
  • Salt =as much as you need
  • Sugar = 1 tea spoon
  • Oil = 1 cup

How to make:  In a large bowl add soy sauce, tasting salt, pepper, salt ,egg corn flour, flour, prawns paste and mix its properly by using your hands.. Now take a little bit of mixture in your hand and roll it in your palm, then press it in your both palm and shape it round.In a preheat pan, add the oils and fry those in deep oil and set aside, In the remaining oil add onion slice, green chili string it  until become golden brown. After that add 1 cup of water, pepper, soy sauce ,salt and cook it for  5 minutes .Now add sugar and stir fry it for 3 minutes. After that your cook is done and ready to serve.




FRIED RICE




                                    FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS:-
  • Cooked Rice = 1/2 kg(500 gram)
  • Egg = 2 Pieces
  • Tasting salt = 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce = 2 tablespoon
  • Oil = 1 cup
  • Onion = 1 cup
  • Chicken slice = 1 cup
  • Green chills = 4/5
  • Pepper = 1 tea spoon
  • Sugar = 2 table spoon
  • Salt = as much as you need
process:-  Marinate your chicken with salt and pepper for half an hour.  Cook your rice  in  warm water with some salt and food color.
In a preheat pan, heat the oils.Add onion, green chili,marinated chicken and stir fry it for 5 minutes.Now add  the rice and stir fry it and breaking it down as much as possible into individual grains.
Quickly add the egg and stir it until the egg is cooked. Now add tasting salt, soy sauce, pepper, sugar,salt and string it until it's mix properly. Make sure to keep the rice in single grains as far as possible.Serve immediately.

QUINE OF PUDDING



                                    QUINE OF PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:-

  • Bread = 5 slice
  • Milk = 1/2 litter
  • Sugar = 3 tablespoon
  • Egg = 2 pieces
  • vanila scent = little bit
  • Strawberry jam = 3 tablespoon
  • Egg white = 2 
  • Sugar = 30 gram


PROCESS: Pour the milk into a pan and mix some sugar in it,Bring to boil and cook over in low heat for 10 minutes.Stir frequently until thick. Then remove it from the heat and stir in vanilla scent. Set aside for 10 minutes for cool it. After 10 minutes put your bread slice on a baking pan and pour over your milk on it. Now put the pan into the oven at 200 degrees and bake it for 30 minutes.After 30 minutes take the pan out of oven and set aside.Meantime take another pan and put some jam and water, beat it until dissolved.Now stir in sugar and mix the eggs in it, beat the mix until dissolve.Now put this mix onto your pudding and put it in the oven in low heat until turns golden. when it's turn into golden, your pudding is ready to serve.

Chicken with Apple juice


Chicken with Apple juice

  • Ingredients:
  •  Chicken Leg = 4piece(s)
  • Apple Juice= 1 Cup
  • Star Anise=4 Piece(s)
  • Garlic= 6 piece(s)
  • Salary Stick=1 piece(s)
  • Lemon Juice= 2 Table spoon(s)
  • Salt = As Needed 



How to make:
Wash the chicken leg and dry off the water. Take a baking pan and mix the chicken with other ingredients (Star anise,Garlic,salary,lemon juice stick & salt) and apple juice. Put it in the oven and bake it at 200 degrees  for 1 hour. Serve it with bread or Rice.
N.B: If there is no electric oven  available, you can  bake it on gas with light heat. .

CHICKEN WITH POSTO


CHICKEN WITH PESTO
INGREDIENTS:
  • ·         Chicken                = 100 gram
  • ·         Onion                    =20 gram
  • ·         Garlic pest           =10 gram
  • ·         Ginger pest        =10 gram
  • ·         Green chilly pest  = 2 table spoon
  • ·         Salt                         = As Needed
  • ·         Sager                     = As Needed
  • ·         Mustard oil         = 4 table spoon
  • ·         Pesto pest           = 5 table spoon
  • ·         Potato                  = 50 gram

 
HOW TO MAKE:-
Warm oil and fry onion, when the onion looks like brown then mix garlic and ginger paste. Then put chicken and green chili paste in the mixture and put it on a stove for 10 minutes and then put the potatoes. When they are cooked then put in the Pesto paste and salt (as needed).  Then when the whole thing is cooked it’s ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS:-
small fish = 250 gram
Mustard oil = 4 table spoon 
chilly pest = 3  table spoon
yellow pest = 1 table spoon
onion pest =2 table spoon 
onion slice = 1 cup
Coriander leaves = 2 table spoon 
Green chilly = 8/9 piece
Salt = tasted  
  • PROCESS:- Its a simple fish carry. we take a fry pan and mix fish .mustard oil, chilly pest, yellow powder, onion pest, onion slice, salt,  Coriander leaves ,Green chilly and mix its properly with hand and wash hand with 1 cup water in to this mixer .now it cooked 10 mini ties.After 10 mini ties its ready to serve.

HILSA FISH IN MUSTARD GRAVY

SARSE HELLISH
INGREDIENTS:-
  • Helsa fish = 1 pecs(1 kg )
  • Mustard oil = 8 table spoon 
  • Mustard pest = 4 table spoon
  • chilly pest = 3  table spoon
  • yellow pest = 2 table spoon
  • onion pest =2 table spoon 
  • Ginger pest = 2 table spoon
  • onion slice = 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves = 2 table spoon 
  • Green chilly = 8/9 piece
  • Salt = tasted
 
HOW TO MAKE:-At 1st pieces the Helsa  fish and wash its properly .Now worm the mustard oil and fry onion slice.When it fry then mix chilly pest ,yellow pest, onion pest , ginger pest  and cook some time and mix  1 cup water .Its cook 5 mini ties and mix Mustard pest and cook also it 5 mini ties.now we mix our fish and cook some time.After some time we mix green chilly and Coriander.keep it in worm some time.Now its ready to eat.

PLAIN CAKE


PLAIN  CAKE



NEEDED PRODUCT
  • Sugar =1 cup
  • Egg =4 
  • Essence =3/4 drops
  • Flours =1 cup
  • Oil =1 cup
  • Baking  powder =1 tablespoon
  • Salt


Process:
   Put the eggs in a small bowl and add 1 cup of sugar, beat it until light and fluffy..Then mix the flavor as your cake want to be(such as:Banana,orange,Vanilla and many more).Shift over flour,salt,baking powder and mix it together.You can also mix nuts or raisins to your cake better.Now spoon in the mix into cake pan and smooth the surface.Bake it in the oven at 150 degrees for 45 minutes.After 45 minutes your cake is ready to serve.



COCO BRISKET

COCO BRISKET :-

  • INGREDIENTS;-
  • Dalda= 1 table spoons
  • Oil=2 tablespoons
  • Sugar powder=3 table spoons
  • Flours =1/2 cup
  • Ghee=1 table spoons
  • Coco powder = 2 table spoons
Process:  Put 1 table spoon dalda,ghee and sugar in a bowl , beat it until light and fluffy.Shift over the flour and mix it real good.The mix should neither hard nor very soft.Now shift over coco powder and stir it.Divide the dough into small pieces.Put those small pieces in to cookie pan and flatten them with the back of a spoon. Press a chocolate chip into the center of each, if liked. Make sure to leave enough room for them to be spread. Now bake them in oven at 140 degrees for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes take it out of oven and let cool.It's ready to serve now. You can keep it in airtight container for 15 days.

CHICKEN FRY

INGREDIENTS:-


  • Chicken = 1(750 gram)
  • Soya SOS = 2 tablespoon
  • Tasting salt =1 teaspoon
  • Salt =as much as you need
  • Pepper =1 teaspoon
  • Gorom Musla =1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste =1 teaspoon
  • Ginger paste = 1 teaspoon
  • Egg =1 pic
  • Arrarut+flower = needed
  • Oil = for fry





  1. COOKING: Cut your chicken into 8 pieces and wash it.To make the marinate,mix the salt, soy sauce,gorom musla,ginger,garlic,onion paste in a bowl.Add the chicken with the mixer and set it aside to marinate for 2 hours. After 2 hours put the marinated chicken in eggs .After that toss the chicken in corn flour and arrow root. Then fry it in deep oil until turns golden brown and serve it hot.
