CORN SOUP

Corn Soup
INGREDIENTS:


  • Chicken stock3=6 cup
  • Green chilly=3
  • Vinegar =1 table spoon
  • Salt= as needed
  • Tasting salt=1/2 table spoon
  • Sugar =1 tea spoon
  • Egg white=2
  • crown flower and arrow root = 3 tea spoon
  • white paper=1 tea spoon   
                                                                             



HOW TO COOK:
1. Add corn flour and arrow root in one cup of water and stir it until dissolve.
2 .Marinate chicken with soy salt, tasting salt and salt for 30 minutes,
3.In a large pan bring the chicken stock to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.Add dissolved arrowroot and corn flour and stir it.Season it with salt and pepper. Continue string until the soup has thickened. Rapidly stir in egg and serve it with green chili in vinegar.

JAM ROLL CAKE

JAM ROLL CAKE 
NEEDED PRODUCT:


  • Egg =4 
  • Sugar =1 cup
  • Essence =3/4 drops
  • Flours =1 cup
  • Jam/jelly = needed.


Process:
At first we need a bowl and take 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar, and beat it with egg bitter  until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs .Then mix the flavor as you want your cake to be(Such as: Banana, Orange, Vanilla and many more). Then mix flour slowly and mix in by your hand. Put the mix in a cake pan and put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 150 degree.After 15 minutes put the cake on soft cloth.Then cover it with jam or jelly whatever you like and roll it.Then keep it in refrigerator  for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes slice the cake  and serve it. We can store this cake in the fridge for more than one week. You can serve it with tea or coffee.Its a tasty and healthy cake.

NAN-KHATI BISKETS

NAN-KHATI BASKETS




NEEDED PRODUCTS:
  • Dalda= 1 table spoons
  • Oil=2 table spoons
  • Sugar powder=3 table spoons
  • Flours =1/2 cup
  • Ghee=1 table spoons
  • yolk = little bit
  • Vanilla Essence =2/3 drops 



COOKIES

PROCESS : 


First take a little bit of dalda and beat it with ghee and sugar powder until dissolve. Then mix the flower slowly. The mix should neither be hard nor very soft. Then we can shape it round by pressing it in both  palm. Now put those into cookie pan and make sure to keep enough room so they can spread properly. Then put in the oven and bake it at 140 degrees for 20 minutes.After That we can serve it.We also can store it in air tight container and store it  for 30 to 90 days. We can serve it with tea, coffee or other soft drinks.It's a home made cookies. So naturally its a healthy cookies. For that we can give it to our little children. you can also try it.
