JAM ROLL CAKE

JAM ROLL CAKE 
NEEDED PRODUCT:


  • Egg =4 
  • Sugar =1 cup
  • Essence =3/4 drops
  • Flours =1 cup
  • Jam/jelly = needed.


Process:
At first we need a bowl and take 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar, and beat it with egg bitter  until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs .Then mix the flavor as you want your cake to be(Such as: Banana, Orange, Vanilla and many more). Then mix flour slowly and mix in by your hand. Put the mix in a cake pan and put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 150 degree.After 15 minutes put the cake on soft cloth.Then cover it with jam or jelly whatever you like and roll it.Then keep it in refrigerator  for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes slice the cake  and serve it. We can store this cake in the fridge for more than one week. You can serve it with tea or coffee.Its a tasty and healthy cake.
