CHITOL FISH KOPTA


CHITOL FISH KOFTA

  • INGREDIENTS :- 
  • Chitol fish without bone = 1 kg 
  • Turmeric paste = 1 table spoon
  • Chilli powder =  2 table spoon 
  • Coriander pest = 3 tea spoon
  • Onion slice = 1 cup
  • gorom Mosla = 1 tea spoon 
  • Salt =as much as you need
  • oil= 2 cup

PROCESS:-   Pest your boneless chitol fish. Mix your boneless Chitol fish pest with turmeric paste, chili paste and pinch of salt and put it aside for 15 minute.shape it like kofta and fry it in deep oil and set aside.In a preheat pan, heat 2 tablespoon of oil.Add all the spice and stir it for 3 minutes.Add some water and fried kofta, cook it for 15 minutes.After 15 minutes add gorom mosla and stir it. Then serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS:-
Mushroom = 4 
capsicum = 1
onion = 1
Tomato = 1
cucumber = 1
carrots  = 1
Green chilli = 1
Lemon = 1 
Cumin  paste = 1 1/2 tea spoon
pepper = 1 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander   leaves = 2 table spoon 
oil = needed
salt =as much as you need

process:- All ingredien cut like same ,in a big pot take all ingredients and add salt cums green chilli and mix it properly .boil mushroom ,warm oil and fry boil mushroom little and add all vegetable and pepper lemon jugs and coriander  leaves and mix it properly .when it cold and serve it.

Chili powder = 1 table spoon
Sugar = 1 tea spoon 
 Oil = 3 table spoon 
Butter = 10 gram
Honey =2 table spoon

process:-Cut your mushroom and capsicum into slices .In a preheat pan, heat the oils.Add sugar,garlic slice and stir it until softens.Add green chili, tomato pure,pepper and stir it for 2 minutes.After that add some water and cover it with a lid, cook it for 5 minutes.Then add some honey and serve it.

  • Tomato puree = 2 table spoon
  • Garlic slice = 2 table spoon
  • Capsicum = 1
  • Green chili = 2
  • Salt =as much as you need
  • turmeric  powder = little
  • chili powder = 1 table spoon
  • Sugar = 1 tea spoon 
  •  Mustard oil = 3 table spoon 
process:- Slice your boneless chicken and marinate it with ginger paste,turmeric paste and some salt for 30 minutes. Now slice your capsicum,mushroom into medium pieces, fry them a little and put it aside.In a preheat pan, heat the oils.Add butter,sugar,onion slice,garlic slice and stir it until become brown. Add tomato pure,ginger pest and fried capsicum and mushroom,stir it for 2 minutes and put them aside. In the remaining oil put your sliced chicken, add pepper,salt,yellow sugar,chili powder and stir fry them. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook it for 7 minutes.After that add your cooked paste with chicken and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS:-
  •  Mushroom = 6
  • Pepper = 10 gram
  • paper pest = 5 gram
  • Onion slice = 1/2 cup
  • Tomato puree = 2 table spoon
  • Garlic paste = 1 table spoon
  • Capsicum = 1
  • Green chilli = 2
  • Salt =as much as you need
  • Turmeric paste = little
  • Chili powder = 1 table spoon
  • Sugar = 1 tea spoon 
  • Oil = 3 table spoon 

Process:- Slice your mushroom and capsicum and rinse it well.In a preheat pan, heat the oils. Add sugar,garlic slice,Mushroom,onion slice,chili slice and stir fry it until softens.Add pepper,tomato pure,pepper paste ,salt,chili powder,sugar,capsicum,some water and cook it for 5 minutes. Now cover your pan with alid and cook it in a little heat for 2 minutes. After that it,s ready to serve.

BEEF WITH TOMATO

  INGREDIENTS:-
  • Beef = 1 kg
  • Onion paste = 2 table spoon
  • Ginger paste = 2 table spoon
  • Garlic paste = 2 table spoon
  • Coriander paste = 2 table spoon
  • Turmeric paste = 1 table spoon 
  • Red chilli paste=2 table spoon
  • Oil = 1/2cup
  • Gorom Mosla = 2 table spoon
  • Cumin paste = 1 table spoon
  • Salt =as much as you need
  • Tomato = 4


PROCESS:- Mix your beef with onion, ginger, garlic, coriander .turmeric paste, chili, gram Marsala, 3 table spoon oil, cumin powder. salt and add 1 cup of water and boiled it in medium fire.Set aside.
In a preheat pan, heat the oils. Add 2  sliced onion and stir fry it until become brown.Now add tomato slice and boiled beef and stir it continuously for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup of water and cooked it for 25 minutes. After that  it's ready to serve.

Ginger slice = 1 table spoon

vinegar = 2 tablespoon
curd = 3 table spoon mix 
Process: Wash your sliced Beef well and squeeze the water off. In a preheat pan,heat the oils.Add all the ingredients and stir it  constantly for 5 minutes.Then put all the sliced beef in the pan and mix it well. Then cover your pan with a lid and let it cook for 2/3 hours in little heat.Then add curd  and keep it in steam for an hour. After that it's all done and ready to serve.

  • INGREDIENTS:-
  • Dry Kaske  fish = 100gram
  • Dal = 1 cup
  • Onion slice = 1 cup
  • Garlic slice= 1/2 cup
  • yellow paste = 1/2 table spoon 
  • chili paste = 1/2 table spoon
  • Coriander paste = 1 tea spoon
  • Ginger paste = 2 table spoon
  • salt =as much as you need
  • Oil = 1/4 cup
  • Green chili = 3/4
  • Fish SOS = 1 table spoon
process:-Clean your dry fish,  wash it well and rinse it. In a preheat pan put your dal and stir it until become brown and set aside. Heat the oils, add onion slice,garlic slice and stir it constantly until become brown.Then add all the ingredients and all kind of paste, stir it for 5 minutes.Then add dry kaske and 1/4 cup of water and cook it for 5 minutes.Add dal , 1/2 cup of water and cook it for 5 minutes in little fire.After that add fish sauce, green chili and cook it for 2 minutes . Now it's ready to serve.

  • Bottle gourd leaves =15
  • Fish SOS = 1 table spoon
process:- Boil your jack- fruit seed and mash it.  Also boil chapa fish and chopped it, In a preheat pan heat the oils.Add onion slice and stir it until turns brown.Now add all kind of pest , powder ingredients, a pinch of salt and cook it with 1/2 cup of water.Then add dry chapa fish,mashed seeds,fish sauce and cook it for 5 minutes. Let it cool.Now take the leaf and take 2 table spoon of dry fish in it and wrap it around.In another pan heat some oils.Now fry those wrapped dry fish mix into the pan one side at a time until the leaf become softens.After that it's ready to serve.

    •  INGREDIENTS:-
    • Dried chapa fish = 50 gram
    • Onion slice = 1/2 cup
    • Garlic slice = 1 cup
    • Turmeric paste = 1/2 table spoon 
    • chili paste = 1/2 table spoon
    • Oil = 1/2 cup
    • Green chili = 3/4
    • Fish SOS = 1 tea spoon
    HOW TO MAKE :-Wash the dried fish  properly and chop it. In a preheated pan ,heat the oils. Add onion slice, garlic  slice and stir it until turns into brown.  Then add chili paste  Turmeric past, salt dry fish and string it very well in little water and cooked it for 5 minutes .After 5 minutes add green chili and fish sauce and cook it for 2 minutes. .After that take it out from the pan and serve it.

    • INGREDIENTS:-
    • Dried loitta fish = 100 gram
    • Boil potato = 1/2 kg
    • Tomato = 100 gram 
    • Onion slice = 1 cup
    • Garlic pest = 2 table spoon
    • Turmeric paste = 1/2 table spoon 
    • chilli paste = 1/2 table spoon
    • Corenda paste = 1 tea spoon
    • Ginger paste = 2 table spoon
    • pepper = 1 table spoon
    • Lemon jugs = 1 table spoon
    • Corenda leaves = 3 table spoon
    • Oil = for fry 
    • Egg = 2  
    • Green chilli = 3/4
    • Breadcrumbs= 1  cup

    PROCESS:-Wash your  loitta and fry it little in a pan without anything. Then boil it and remove bones .Take 3 table spoon of oil and heat it in a preheat pan.Add onion,garlic paste,Turmeric paste, salt,chili paste,ginger paste,coriander paste,pepper and stir it for 3 minutes. Now add sliced tomato,dry fish and cook it for 5 minutes with 1/4 cup of water.Now cover your pan with a lid.

    Now in a large bowl take baked potato,salt,pepper and some lemon juice and mix all those items together by using your hands.Now put your dried fish into this mixture and mix it together. Now take a little bit of mixture in your palm and roll it. now press it in your palm to make it a round shape.Now sink it into egg and throw it in the bread crumbs.Put the crumbs in both side.Now take it out from the crumbs and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.After that fry it in deep oil until both side become golden brown. after that it's ready to serve.

    • Salty dried fish = 250 gram
    • Onion slice = 1 1/2 cup

    • Oil = 1/2 cup

    HOW TO MAKE:- Slice your salty dried fish, remove bones, wash it very well and properly .In a preheat pan, heat the oils.Add onion slice and stir it until become brown.Then add Turmeric paste,chili paste and 1/4 cup of  water and string it for 7 minutes. After that add dried fish and cook it for 3 minutes.Now add green chili,salt and string it for 3 minutes.Now it's all done and served it with hot rice.

    Cut your duck into regular pieces and rinse it.In a preheat pan, heat the oils.Add onion slice and stir it until become golden brown.Now add ginger paste,coriander paste,nut paste ,cumin paste,Turmeric paste,chili paste, garam masala,1/2 cup of water and stir it for 3 minutes.Now throw your duck pieces into it and stir itfor 5 minutes.Then add 1 cup of water and cook it for 30 minutes. Then add green chili,tender bamboo slice and cover your pan with a lid. cook it in medium heat for 10 minutes.Now add 1 tea spoon of milk and mix it properly. it's all done and ready to served.

    INGREDIENTS:-
     Chicken = 1/2 kg
    Ginger paste = 2 table spoon 
    Garlic = 1 table spoon
    soya SOS = 2 table spoon
    Chilli powder = 2 table spoon
    Tomato  kashap = 2 table spoon
    Onion slice = 2 table spoon
    White vinegar = 1 table spoon 
    Coriander leaves = 1 table spoon
    cucumber = some

    PROCESS:-1st slice your chicken  into  small Pieces and marinate the chicken with ginger paste, soya sauce, chili powder and salt for 2 to 3 hours .Now fry it in deep oil and  make sure it is not well fry. When it is medium fried  set aside.

    In a preheat pan, heat 2 table spoon of oil. Add garlic slice, tomato ketchup, onion slice and stir it until turns brown. Now add fried chicken and string it constantly for 5 minutes..After 5 mini ties add  some white vinegar and  Coriander leaves and cucumber and stir it for 1 minutes.  It's ready to serve.

    • Flours = 1 1/2 cup
    • Baking powder = 1 1/2 tea spoon
    • Sugar powder  = 1/2 cup 
    • salt = 1/4 tea spoon
    • Egg= 1 
    • Orange jugs= 1/2 cup
    • Butter = 100 gram
    • Chocolate chips = 1 cup
    • Milk = 1/2 cup
    • Vanilla = 1 tea spoon
    • Orange skin = little

    How to make:-Put butter and sugar  in a bowl and beat it until dissolve.Now add egg, orange juice,orange skin slice, salt and beat it properly .Then add flours, baking powder, milk, vanilla and slowly beating it  to form a smooth and thick batter. Now add chocolate chips .Now pour the batter into a muffin braking pan and baked it in 180 degrees for25-30 minutes.After 30 minutes it will be ready.

    VALENTINE DAY SPACIAL RECIPE

    HEART SHAPED' COOKIES:-

    INGREDIENTS:-
    • Butter = 1/2 cup
    • Sugar = 1/2 cup
    • Lemon skin slice = 1 tea spoon
    • Egg = 1 
    • Flours = 2 cup 
    • Baking powder = 1 tea spoon
    • Jam= needed

    HOW TO MAKE:-Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat until pale and fluffy.Now add and  lemon skin slice  flours, baking powder and beat it until form into firm dough. Now you have to knead it for 5 minute to make the dough proper. Now divide the dough into 2 part.Now roll out  the dough on a lightly floured counter until make into  thin layer. Now use your heart shaped dies to cut it as a heart shape from sprayed layer.
     Place them on baking tray. Make sure to brush one layer of oil before putting it on the baking tray. Allow some room to spread slightly.Now brush egg on top of the heart shaped cut. Now bake it in 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.After cookies are baked  let it cool. Now take one cookie and put jam on it and put another on top of it to make it looks like real heart.Now it't ready to serve.
     You can also store in a airtight tin.

    PROCESS:- In a  large  bowl mix flours and brown sugar,chocolate, butter and beat it  cooked cause to be melted , put down fire and cold it add egg and bit it and also add flours and brown sugar mixer and bit its properly and also mix kissmiss( dry grapes)  and nut , take it a heart shaped braking dies and  braes oil and take the mixer .Its braked 30 mini ties 180 degree .After braking and when it will be cold make up it with cream.NOW ITS READY TO  SERVE YOUR VALENTINE, YOUR  HAND MADE CAKE.

Keep it for 30 minutes in room temperature . We need another bowl to mix egg white ,corn flours  and  beating it to form a smooth and thick batter. Take 1 prawn and dip it in the batter. Now throw it in the bread crumb. Spread crumb both sides of the prawns. Now deep fry those prawns in oils one side at a time until turns into golden  brown.Its ready.

    BEEF STICKS

    BEEF STICKS

    INGREDIENTS:- 
    •  Beef Kimma=1 cup
    • Bread gram = 1/2 cup
    • Oil = 2 table spoon
    • Chilli powder = 2 table spoon
    • Gorom Mosla = 1  table spoon
    • Salt =as much as you need
    • Onion slice= 1 cup
    • Garlic paste = 1 table spoon
    • Ginger paste = 1 table spoon
    • Turmeric paste = 1 table spoon
    • Cumin  paste = 1 table spoon
    • tasting salt = 1/2 tea spoon 
    • Soya SOS = 1 table spoon
    • Egg = 2 
    • Baking powder = 1 tea spoon
    • Coriander leaves = 1 table spoon
    • pepper = 1 table spoon
    •  Small sticks = some
    PROCESS:- Take  your beef Kimma in  a large bowl and add  baking powder, Coriander leaves, soya sauce, pepper,  tasting salt, cumin  paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, chili paste turmeric paste, Gorom Mosla, onion slice and mix it very well by using your hands. Put those beef kimma mix in wooden skewers pressing by your hand.Now toss these into greeted eggs. Now throw those into bread crumbs and keep it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes fry it in deep oil until turns brown and serve immediately.

    INGREDIENT:-
    • Chicken = 1 cup
    • Cabbage = 1 1/2 cup
    • Oil = 2 table spoon
    • Chili powder = 2 table spoon
    • Gorom Mosla = 1  table spoon
    • Salt =as much as you needed
    • Onion slice = 1 cup
    • Garlic paste= 1 table spoon
    • Ginger paste = 1 table spoon
    • Turmeric paste = 1 table spoon
    • Cumin  paste = 1 table spoon

    PROCESS:- In a preheat pan, heat the oils. Add onion slice and stir it until turns brown. Then add garam masala,salt,garlic paste, turmeric paste,cumin paste,chili paste,1 cup of water and stir it for 3 minutes.Then add chicken, stir it for 2 minutes. Now cook it for 10 minutes with the lid on. After 10 minutes it will ready for serve.

    PRAWN WITH COCONUT MILK

    • Prawn = 2 cup medium size
    • coconut milk = 2 cup
    • onion slice = 2 table spoon
    • Garlic paste = 1 table spoon
    • Ginger paste = 1 table spoon
    • Salt =as much as you need
    • Sugar = 1 tea spoon
    • Gorom Mosla = 1 table spoon
    • Turmeric paste = 1 table spoon
    • chilli paste = 1 table spoon
    • Oil = 2 table spoon
    • Coriander paste = 1 table spoon 
    • green chilli = 4/5

    process:- Make a slight down the back of each prawn and open out like a butterflies., In a preheat pan, heat the oils.Add  prawn,onion slice, garlic paste ,ginger paste,  salt ,Gorom Mosla, Turmeric paste, Coriander pest,chili pest string it  for 3 minutes and also add some coconut milk slowly.Cook it for 10 minutes.
     Then add green chili and cook it  for another 5 minutes. .At last  toss some Coriander leaves  and serve it.

    • Egg = 4
    • coconut milk = 1 cup
    • onion slice = 2 table spoon
    • Garlic paste = 1 table spoon
    • Ginger paste = 1 table spoon
    • Salt =as much as you need
    • Sugar = 1 tea spoon
    • Gorom Mosla = 1 table spoon
    • Turmeric paste = 1 table spoon
    • chilli paste = 1 table spoon
    • Oil = 2 table spoon

    process:-Boil egg and peel it off .In a preheat pan,heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the boiled egg a little, set aside .Put more oil in the pan, add onion slice and stir it until it's turns brown, Add garlic paste,  ginger paste,  salt, Gram Marsala, Turmeric paste,Coriander paste, chili paste and string it for 3 minutes and also add coconut milk slowly.Now put your half cut boiled egg into it and cook it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes it's ready to serve.

    INGREDIENTS:-
    • chicken = 1 kg(without skin)
    • Lemon juice = 3 table spoon
    • Onion paste = 2 table spoon
    • Ginger paste = 2 table spoon
    • Garlic paste = 2 table spoon
    • Coriander paste = 2 table spoon
    • Sugar = 3 table spoon
    • curd = 1/2 cup
    • Green chilli = 5/6
    • Oil = 2 cup
    • Gorom Mosla = 2 table spoon
    • Nut paste = 2 table spoon
    • Raisin = some
    • Salt = as much as you need

    HOW TO COOK:- Slice your  chicken into 8 Pisces  and marinated its with lemon juice and 1 spoon of salt for half an hour .After 1/2 hour fry the chicken in deep oil in low heat..Now in a preheat pan, add   4 table spoons oil and heat it. warm Now add onion paste, ginger paste garlic paste, Coriander paste, gorom Mosla  paste, salt and string it constantly for 5 minutes.After that   add nut paste, curd and some water and cooked it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes also add sugar and test it if it is test sour. If so add some more sugar and stir it until dissolve.  After that add your fried chicken in it and cook it for 7 minutes. Now it is ready.
