PAN CAKE

PAN CAKE

INGREDIENTS:-

Flour = 1 1/2 cup
Sugar = 2 table spoon
salt  =1/4 tea spoon
Egg = 1
Milk = 3/4 cup
Oil = 3 table spoon
Baking powder = 2 1/2 tea spoon

PROCESS:- In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar  together.In another bowl mix egg, milk and oil or ghee.Combine both mixture together  .On a preheated pan put 1/2 cup of mixture and spread it. once one side turned light brown flip it . when the other side become light brown take it out of the pan.Then mix two mixer in a pan. Now it is ready to serve. you can serve it with honey or syrup

    Hi, thank you for sharing this recipe. Till now I prepared these pancakes 3 times and always it's a success!!!
    They are so good and easy to make.
