EGGPLANT FRY

EGGPLANT FRY
INGREDIENTS :-
Eggplant = 4 big size 
salt = as much as you need
oil = For fry
Turmeric powder = 1 tea spoon

process:- Cut the eggplant in round shape , now mix it with salt and turmeric powder and marinate it 10 minutes. In a preheated pan , heat the oils and fry your eggplant  in medium heat and serve immediately.
