INGREDIENTS:-
- Mushroom = 6
- Pepper = 10 gram
- paper pest = 5 gram
- Onion slice = 1/2 cup
- Tomato puree = 2 table spoon
- Garlic paste = 1 table spoon
- Capsicum = 1
- Green chilli = 2
- Salt =as much as you need
- Turmeric paste = little
- Chili powder = 1 table spoon
- Sugar = 1 tea spoon
- Oil = 3 table spoon
Process:- Slice your mushroom and capsicum and rinse it well.In a preheat pan, heat the oils. Add sugar,garlic slice,Mushroom,onion slice,chili slice and stir fry it until softens.Add pepper,tomato pure,pepper paste ,salt,chili powder,sugar,capsicum,some water and cook it for 5 minutes. Now cover your pan with alid and cook it in a little heat for 2 minutes. After that it,s ready to serve.
