CRUNCHY SALAD

CRUNCHY SALAD
INGREDIENTS:-
  • Bone less chicken breast = 2
  • carrot slice = 2
  • Broccoli = 8/9 florets
  • onion slice = 2 table spoon 
  • Tomato slice = 1
  • Capsicum = 1/2 cup
  • pepper = 1 tea spoon
  • salt =as much as you need
  • Mustard powder = 1 tea spoon
  • Lemon juice = little
  • Olive oil = 1 table spoon
  • Peso = 1/2 cup
  • chilli paste = 1 table spoon

PROCESS:-Take your chicken, add  chili paste, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and mix it over your chicken and grilled it. Boil your broccoli, carrot and peso in a pan.After that drain it and put it aside. In a bowl stir together all of your grilled chicken,boiled vegetables, spices and toss it properly. Now it is ready to serve.
