INGREDIENTS:-
Ginger paste = 10 gram
Mushroom =6
Pepper = 10 gram
Onion slice = 1/2 cup
Tomato pure = 2 table spoon
Garlic slice = 2 table spoon
Capsicum = 1
Green chilli = 2
Salt =as much as you need
Turmeric paste = little
Chili powder = 1 table spoon
Sugar = 1 tea spoon
Oil = 3 table spoon
Butter = 10 gram
Honey =2 table spoon
process:-Cut your mushroom and capsicum into slices .In a preheat pan, heat the oils.Add sugar,garlic slice and stir it until softens.Add green chili, tomato pure,pepper and stir it for 2 minutes.After that add some water and cover it with a lid, cook it for 5 minutes.Then add some honey and serve it.
