FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS:-
- Cooked Rice = 1/2 kg(500 gram)
- Egg = 2 Pieces
- Tasting salt = 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce = 2 tablespoon
- Oil = 1 cup
- Onion = 1 cup
- Chicken slice = 1 cup
- Green chills = 4/5
- Pepper = 1 tea spoon
- Sugar = 2 table spoon
- Salt = as much as you need
In a preheat pan, heat the oils.Add onion, green chili,marinated chicken and stir fry it for 5 minutes.Now add the rice and stir fry it and breaking it down as much as possible into individual grains.
Quickly add the egg and stir it until the egg is cooked. Now add tasting salt, soy sauce, pepper, sugar,salt and string it until it's mix properly. Make sure to keep the rice in single grains as far as possible.Serve immediately.
