- INGREDIENTS:-
- Cauliflower =1
- Potato= 6
- Chilli paste = 1tea spoon
- cumin paste = 1 tea spoon
- Gorom Mosla = 1/2 tea spoon
- Salt =as much as you need
- Sugar = 1 table spoon
- Onion slice = 2 table spoon
- Onion paste = 2 table spoon
- Green chilli = 4
- Oil = For deep fry
- Garlic paste = 1/4 tea spoon
- Ginger paste = 1/2 tea spoon
- Turmeric paste = 1/2 tea spoon
PROCESS: Cut your cauliflower and potato into small pieces.In a preheated pan, heat the oils and stir fry cut cauliflower and potato separately and put it aside. On the remaining oil add onion, stir it until its turns brown.Add all the paste and powdered spices and stir it for 2 minutes. After that Add 2 table spoon of water and cook it for 1 minute. Add pre fried cauliflower, potato, green chili and a pinch of salt, cook it for 5 minutes in medium heat. After that it is ready to serve.
