- INGREDIENTS :-
- Chitol fish without bone = 1 kg
- Turmeric paste = 1 table spoon
- Chilli powder = 2 table spoon
- Coriander pest = 3 tea spoon
- Onion slice = 1 cup
- gorom Mosla = 1 tea spoon
- Salt =as much as you need
- oil= 2 cup
PROCESS:- Pest your boneless chitol fish. Mix your boneless Chitol fish pest with turmeric paste, chili paste and pinch of salt and put it aside for 15 minute.shape it like kofta and fry it in deep oil and set aside.In a preheat pan, heat 2 tablespoon of oil.Add all the spice and stir it for 3 minutes.Add some water and fried kofta, cook it for 15 minutes.After 15 minutes add gorom mosla and stir it. Then serve immediately.
