CHAPA WITH GARLIC
- Dried chapa fish = 50 gram
- Onion slice = 1/2 cup
- Garlic slice = 1 cup
- Turmeric paste = 1/2 table spoon
- chili paste = 1/2 table spoon
- Oil = 1/2 cup
- Green chili = 3/4
- Fish SOS = 1 tea spoon
HOW TO MAKE :-Wash the dried fish properly and chop it. In a preheated pan ,heat the oils. Add onion slice, garlic slice and stir it until turns into brown. Then add chili paste Turmeric past, salt dry fish and string it very well in little water and cooked it for 5 minutes .After 5 minutes add green chili and fish sauce and cook it for 2 minutes. .After that take it out from the pan and serve it.
