PRAWN WITH CURD
Prawn= 1 cup (medium size)
Fenugreek= 2 table spoon
Oil = 6 table spoon
Onion slice = 1/2 cup
Read chilli paste = 2table spoon
Salt =as much as you need
Curd = 1/2 cup
Cheese = 8 slice
Coriander leaves = 2 table spoon
Onion jugs = 1/2 cup
Green chili = 4/5

PROCESS:- In a preheat pan, heat the oils. Add fenugreek and stir it until become softens. Now add onion slice, prawn, curd,red chili paste, salt and stir it constantly for 3 minutes. Now add cheese and cooked it for 5 minutes and serve immediately. It is very simple, easy and healthy dish.
