PRAWN FRY
Ingredient:
process:- Peel your prawn and wash it well.Then mix your prawns with ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste,salt,turmeric,cumin,chili Gram mrsala pest, tasting salt, sugar, pepper soya sauce by using your hands. Keep it for 30 minutes in room temperature . We need another bowl to mix egg white ,corn flours and beating it to form a smooth and thick batter. Take 1 prawn and dip it in the batter. Now throw it in the bread crumb. Spread crumb both sides of the prawns. Now deep fry those prawns in oils one side at a time until turns into golden brown.Its ready.

- corn flours = 1 cup
- Oil = 2 cup
- Chilli powder = 2 table spoon
- Gram Marsala = 1 table spoon
- Salt = needed
- Onion slice= 1 cup
- Garlic pest = 1 table spoon
- Ginger pest = 1 table spoon
- Yellow pest = 1 table spoon
- Cumin pest = 1 table spoon
- tasting salt = 1/2 tea spoon
- Soya SOS = 1 table spoon
- Egg white = 2
- sugar = 1 table spoon
- Corenda leaves = 1 table spoon
